Overview
Customer satisfaction is a priority at MEGA Collective. All products undergo quality control; however, if issues arise, requests are handled in a structured and fair manner.
Return Period
A 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery. This period allows sufficient time to inspect your item.
Conditions:
- Returns must be based on valid reasons (e.g. defect, incorrect item)
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange
- The policy is not intended for general or unrestricted returns
Damaged or Faulty Items
Despite quality checks, defects or shipping damage may occasionally occur.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- No return is required
- A replacement will be issued at no additional cost

Refund Process
- All refund requests are reviewed before approval
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Note: Banks or card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
EU Consumer Rights
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
